Havşa Başlı İtici Nedir

Havşa başlı iticiler, tamamlanmış parçaları kalıp gözlerinden çıkarmak için kullanılır ve pek çok kullanım alanının yanı sıra plastik, otomotiv, havacılık ve tıp endüstrilerinde yaygın olarak kullanılır. Bitmiş parça üzerinde iticilerin kullanılabilmesi için küçük bir yüzey alanı olduğunda bir bıçak şekli kullanılır. Ayrıca itiş pimi veya KO pimi olarak da bilinirler. Kalıp açıldığında, parçanın kalıptan ayrılması için pimler kalıp boşluğunda bulunan boş alanda uzanır, parçayı dışarı iter ve ardından geri çekilerek kalıbın kapanmasını ve yeniden doldurulmasını sağlar.

Havşa başlı itici pimleri seçerken dikkate alınması gereken önemli etkenler, korozyona karşı direnç, dayanıklılık, tolerans ve çekme dayanımıdır. Havşa başlı itici pimler, pimin sertliğini etkileyen çeşitli işlemlerle üretilebilir. Kullanım alanına ve çalışma ortamına uygun pim seçilerek pimin kullanım ömrü ve dayanıklılığı artırılacaktır.

Sertleştirilmiş pimler, çapları boyunca eşit derecede sert olmaları için uygun tekniklerle ısıl işleme tabi tutulmuş çok amaçlı ve iyi çelikten pimlerdir. Genellikle plastik enjeksiyon kalıplarında kullanılırlar ama 200°C'nin altındaki daha soğuk çalışma ortamlarında da kullanılabilirler.

Sertleştirilmiş pimler pres döküm için uygun, delinebilen veya vidalanabilen yüzeyi sertleştirilmiş pimlerdir. 200°C'nin üzerindeki sıcaklıklarda kullanılabilirler ve oldukça dayanıklıdırlar. Sertleştirilmiş pimlere göre daha fazla talaş yapabilirler, ancak daha yüksek sıcaklıklarda daha uzun ömürlü bir kullanıma sahiptirler.

Siyah renk almış veya oksitlenmiş pimler, aşırı yüksek sıcaklıktaki çalışma ortamlarında çalışmak üzere tasarlanmıştır. Yaklaşık 600°-1000°C arasındaki sıcaklıklarda kullanılabilirler. Bu pimler, yüksek sıcaklıklarda kullanılmalarını sağlayan kendinden yağlamalı bir yüzey kaplamasına sahiptir.

İtici pimler, uyguladığımız DLC kaplamanın yanı sıra onları koruyan ve daha dayanıklı hale getiren diğer kaplamalarla daha da geliştirilebilir. Bu kaplamalar sürtünmeyi azaltarak çalışır, böylece pimler aşınmaya karşı daha dirençli hale gelir ve parçanın hareketi daha tutarlı hale gelir.

İtici manşonlar pimi korumak ve yönlendirmek için gerekli olan oyuk yüzeyi sağlar ve böylece pim ömrü daha da artırılabilir.

Havşa Başlı İtici Çeşitleri

Havşa başlı iticiler kendi içerisinde farklı ürün çeşitliliğine sahip değildir. Muadili olarak düşünülebilecek olan ürün ise yüksek hız çeliğinden (HSS) üretilen kesme zımbalarıdır. Bahsi geçen zımbalar, standart iticilere göre daha sert olmakla beraber, yüksek maliyeti nedeniyle dezavantajlı durumdadır. Bununla beraber HSS zımbaların çok farklı ondalıklı ölçüde bulunabilmesi de avantaj olarak düşünülebilir.

Havşa başlı itici pimlere alternatif arayanlar için silindir başlı itici pimleri incelemelerini tavsiye ederiz. Bu pimler farklı sertlik ve model çeşitliliğine sahiptir ve kendi içerisinde üç ana türde incelenebilir. Bu türler:

Plastik Enjeksiyon Silindir Başlı iticiler:

Yüksek karbonlu çelikten üretilmiş olan bu pimler yalnızca plastik enjeksiyon kalıplarında kullanıma uygundur.

Metal Nitrasyonlu Beyaz Silindir Başlı iticiler:

Yüksek alaşımlı sıcak iş çeliklerinden üretilen ve uygulanan ısıl işlem yöntemi ile yüzeye uygulanan karbonun, gövdeyi dışta sert merkezde daha yumuşak hale getirmesi sağlanan iticilerin yüzeyi aşınmaya karşı dirençli ve merkezinin yumuşaklığı sayesinde kırılmalara karşı dayanıklıdır. Nitrasyon işlemi esnasında yüzeyi siyah renk alan pim taşlanarak daha pürüzsüz bir yüzeye kavuşur.

Metal Nitrasyonlu Siyah Silindir Başlı İtici Pimler:

Uygulanan ısıl işlem nedeniyle siyah renkte olan metal nitrasyonlu siyah silindir başlı itici pimler, sıcak iş çeliği ya da yüksek karbonlu çeliklerden üretilir. Yüzeyine uygulanan karbonun gövdeye sağladığı dayanıklılık sayesinde yüksek sıcaklıkta yapılan metal enjeksiyon kalıplarında kullanımı mümkündür.
